We would work along the same structure as an 8 week course but in one hour sessions.

​We will go through the logic and benefits of mindfulness and undertake a meditation practice each week.

​You will need to commit to the home practice on a daily basis and keep an ongoing journal of your progress.

​This can be done at a mutually agreeable venue.

​The cost for one-to-one training will be £50 per hour. This includes:

  • ​An initial phone session with Deborah to orientate you to the course and decide on a venue
  • 8 x 60 minute weekly meetings
  • Support between sessions if needed
  • The course workbook
  • Downloadable audio materials to support your home practice
