We would work along the same structure as an 8 week course but in one hour sessions.
We will go through the logic and benefits of mindfulness and undertake a meditation practice each week.
You will need to commit to the home practice on a daily basis and keep an ongoing journal of your progress.
This can be done at a mutually agreeable venue.
The cost for one-to-one training will be £50 per hour. This includes:
- An initial phone session with Deborah to orientate you to the course and decide on a venue
- 8 x 60 minute weekly meetings
- Support between sessions if needed
- The course workbook
- Downloadable audio materials to support your home practice
