One-One   8 Week Mindfulness        £50

We would work along the same structure as an 8 week course but in one hour sessions.  This can by done in either on-line or at my Maidstone base.

  • ​​An initial phone session with Deborah to orientate you to the course and decide on a venue
  • 8 x 60 minute weekly meetings
  • Support between sessions if needed
  • The course workbook
  • Downloadable audio materials to support your home practice

You will need to commit to the home practice on a daily basis and keep an ongoing journal of your progress.​

 

One-One Meditation Therapy           £45

Meet weekly with me at my Maidstone base for a Meditation Practice.  This not only encourages you to continue your daily practice, but gives you a unique space and time that is dedicated to your mind.

Each week would begin with a chat about how you are feeling, what has been going on for you the previous week.  I will introduce a new mindfulness strategy and meditation that suits your current situation.

This is especially useful for people suffering from work related stress, depression or anxiety.
